Our priority during every bathroom installation is to provide clients with a smooth process, meticulous craftsmanship, and stress-free experience.
Luxury Marble Showers can include a custom-built Niche or Bench Seat, but this must be decided at point of sale for reinforcement/impact weight for the seat. Special preparations may need to be made in homes built before 1960 including a potential furring out the walls that only have a 2x3 instead of 2x4 stud framed structure, so the niche can be recessed correctly.
Luxury Marble protects your walls to a towering 84” high and in most cases can be installed as one solid piece, or with a Mosaic trim for either design affect or install purposes due to tight spaces or tight pathway to bathroom itself.
Ceiling panels and window trim kits are not available in marble products at this time. Please call us for alternative solutions if it’s a need versus a want.
Full Wet Area Demolition to Studs.
Hang Go-Board – A waterproof, dense Foam, light weight, high tech backer Board.
Install triple Seal Corner reinforcer protection Left/Right of wet Area where Walls meet (Protecting corners from floor to ceiling or product height Finish).
Replace Subflooring as needed for a solid, leveled foundation.
Upgrade and install new drain and plumbing value trim kit in floor and plumbing wall (Upgrade to 2” Pipe down to the trap as need for Tub to Shower Conversion).
Our exquisite Luxury Marble is handcrafted, and custom made to order, then prepared in advance with our double seal and polished protective layer.
Our fully insured, licensed & Certified technicians will custom cut on site for precision placement and finish your edges to a smooth, polished perfection.
OR
A Schluter Metal Match Trim may be used to finish the trim.
Schluter is a brand of metal edging that is often used in place of bullnose tile.
While both options provide a finished edge to a tiled surface, Schluter is typically more durable and easier to install.
Luxury Marble walls adhesive will be the renowned “Supertac” Product (Used to install the windows of the Sears Skyscraper building in Chicago!).
- Supertac and Duraflex sealant are elasticated in design, to move with contraction and retraction in the bathroom as temperatures change and your house moves & settles.
- Duraflex is a non-porous, water resistant Selant innovation, unlike old fashioned caulking that will turn pink/yellow or grow mold/mildew Duraflex will not!
- Durflex Sealant deters bacteria from its surface with an anti-microbial agent, staying bright white and looking clean and new forever.
High-End Porcelain Shower Bases come standard to our LM Package, alternatively you can choose:
- A Spray foam Acrylic/ABS Backed Shower base with corner protection flange or sprayfoam insulted Acrylic/ABS Bathtubs - (Both come in different styles, colors & depths) – (4-6 weeks);
- A Onyx Collection composite crushed stone Shower Base only – (Custom shapes, sizing, designs, colors and thresholds) – (8-12 weeks);
- Alternative Bathtub options including Stone, porcelain, free standing & hydro jet coming soon…. TBC.
Luxury Marble Fixtures, shelving and Accessories are installed to customer liking & location with use of a diamond bit drill cut.
Glass Doors – Standard Platinum sliding bypass, Pivot return Panel or Stationary Single Shield Structure:
- Double Cayman Barn style doors (Caymon require 4” Threshold with Wall to Wall install due to weight);
- Custom, Neo-Angle or Oversized Showers, Fixed Panel with bypass or knee-high wall fixed piece with bypass sliders all come over & priced. (These may need to be ordered/installed after Wet Area is completed);
- Neo-Angle Glass Doors that ae order as part of an Onyx Base project.
